The ring is meticulously crafted using the flush setting technique, which not only enhances the beauty of the gemstones but also simplifies the overall design. The gemstones, supported by gallery rails, add strength to the structure of the ring.

Measuring 31.5mm in height and 23.5mm in width, the Skein ring features wires of varying diameters, with an average diameter of 1.6mm. The gemstones range in diameter from 1.3mm to 2.5mm, adding a touch of sparkle to the design.

Whether produced through industrial casting or handmade production, the Skein ring is a testament to the designer's creativity and technical expertise. The project, which started in January 2019 and concluded in February 2019, was carried out in Tehran, Iran.

Nasim Hosseiny's research for this design focused on finding the perfect balance between softness and looseness. After exploring various shapes, the skein emerged as the most fitting inspiration for the ring's design.

Overcoming the challenges of maintaining harmony between all the curves and achieving the desired structure of a loose skein was no small feat. However, the result is a ring that captivates with its intricate design and sense of adventure.
